Conveniently located in Camp Hill, we offer ample parking and are ADA compliant.

The main indoor event space accommodates up to 100 people and has a beautiful and functional kitchenette with butcher block countertops. The neutral colors throughout allow for your decor to stand out and be the focal point!

In addition to our indoor space, we have a beautiful outdoor area with grass -- perfect for parties, showers, and outside games!  Pole tents are available (additional cost).

We will offer as part of the rental price the white 60-inch round tables or the 6-foot rectangle chairs or a combo of both. Other options may include an additional cost. Wifi available.

We will accept checks and all major credit cards. We do require a security deposit to secure your date.  The security deposit will be returned based on the agreement within your contract.




Let us know you want to proceed and we will send you a contract and invoice. Once a signed contract and a deposit is received, your date is secure.
Yes, you pay for total hours at the venue.
Yes, the gray banquet chairs are included. The 5 foot round tables and the 6 foot/8 foot tables are included. Other tables are available for an additional cost: 4 ft round, 2x4 Rectangle tables and cocktail tables. Linens can be ordered through us and will be delivered to us for your convenience.
Yes we have a beautiful white throne chair. You can decorate with your own pillows/throws/ material or you can use ours!

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own food. But, if you rather, you can use the caterer of your choice. We personally do not cater, however, can offer recommendations.

The total occupancy is 109, however, it really depends on what your event is, what you are having at your event. As far as how many people, it all depends on how you are setting it up? Things to consider:
  • Round tables or rectangle tables?
  • What else is going on in the room?
  • Food tables, dance floor, etc.?
So depending on what you are doing 85 -109 people would easily fit.
Do you have a microwave? Yes Do you refrigerator? Yes we have a full size refrigerator and freezer in our kitchenette. We also have a smaller refrigerator in our conference room. Can you just rent the conference room? Yes we have event side and we have the business side. The business side has a conference room and a break out room that can be rented separately. Do you have Wifi? Yes Do you ice available? Yes, we have an ice machine.
Spring Hill Suites Hotel is the closest hotel to our venue. It is right around the corner from us, less than 5 minutes away. For bigger groups, you can call and arrange for rooms to be blocked for your group.
